Lets cut to the chase.

My name is Clay and I'm a photographer. I was raised in Northwest Florida and I recently traded in beaches for the mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah. I work full time here as an architect but much like all the years preceding this one, I've done what I really love on the side. Consider this my attempt to break out.

Photography is the subtle art of noticing. Truly great art is an act of observant openness for when the world offers up a moment. Between artists, the only notable change is the medium in which the moment is captured. My medium is film and digital photography.

This project is all about expanding the scope of my life to include other's. I have spent the last 10 years of my life curating a unique style and workflow for capturing the moments that I value.
